My passion for the art of massage has allowed me to retain a great amount of knowledge in the areas of Kinesiology, Anatomy and Physiology,Pathology, Neuromuscular Pathology and overall massage techniques.  I have also been certified in CPR and first aid for infants, children and adults. 

Prior to attending massage school I finished two years of study at
Plymouth State University majoring in Athletic Training with extensive studies
on after injury care, injury taping, compression wraps, stretching and
rehabilitation for sports related injuries.

As the owner Krystal Clear Enterprises, LLC doing business as "Just Escape" in Groton CT, I intend to dedicate my life to helping others find new ways to conquer everyday battles with their bodies and relieve stress related to both physical and mental ailments.  My positive attitude,dedication, organization and willingness to sacrifice and continue to learn will  maximize my abillity to bring the best quality in service and knowledge enough to educate clients so they can become sound in mind, body and soul.
